Our Challenge
WTA encountered multifaceted challenges while tasked with the UX design of the Propright platform. Balancing the need for an intuitive, user-friendly interface with the platform's diverse functionalities and data-rich content presented a significant hurdle.
How we made it happen
To tackle these issues, WTA adopted a user-centric approach. We conducted in-depth research to understand user needs and behaviors, allowing us to design an intuitive interface that streamlined navigation and accessibility. This included responsive design principles for a consistent cross-platform experience.
