WTA encountered several challenges in its journey to deliver customized IT solutions to Diflexmo. One significant challenge for Diflexmo was the need to address the unique requirements of specialists in appointment scheduling and patient care. Diflexmo was facing issues where patients were facing longer appointment times, and specialists were unable to view specialized equipment or facilities. Additionally, there was limited access to patient medical history and previous treatments. We had to make this complicated system into a user friendly accessible platform.
How we made it happen
To overcome these challenges, WTA devised innovative IT solutions tailored to empower the functioning of specialists and patient appointments in Diflexmo.We provided a streamlined appointment scheduling processes, optimized resource allocation, and facilitated seamless communication between specialists and patients. Through the implementation of custom IT solutions, we enabled specialists in Diflexmo to efficiently manage longer appointment times and access comprehensive patient information, ensuring personalized care.
